  5. Senecart81 on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

Any opinions on Chinese tuning their rubbers? Boll complained that this was the case.

  6. MrVoland999 on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

I love how effortless the serve returns look in all these vidoes. In reality those balls are super short short and have sick amount of under/ side spin. Being able to flip let alone loop these serves is just amazing to me. I’m a 2050 player and i always struggle with serves when playing 2400 and up…wish I could read the spin better :(

    Well done European champion :)

Michael Maze is the best loper…lol

  10. wasdwasdedsf on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

oh, fishing and lobbing. yes that is great fun to watch from those. its not really in their style to do that on purpose though

  11. DKPOWA on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

@wasdwasdedsf What I meant was a style that depends on the opponent attacking constantly so you can go far away from the table and primary get the ball back on the table very high. I know nobody does only that, but Maze, Saive, Samsonov, Boll and even Xu use this resource often.

  12. wasdwasdedsf on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

    ball lifter?

  13. DKPOWA on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

Maze is without a doubt, the best ball lifter ever, greater than J.M. Saive or Xu Xin. Maze´s topspin at 8-8 in the 5th set was incredible. Still cant believe he beat WL xD

Maze’s reverse pendulum is really amazing. There are so many spins on his service. Thanks for this great vid!

Two greats table tennis players showing their skills. Maze is one of the best left-handed in the world. It´s so hard win chineses, but Maze did it. Great game!!

The actor Aragorn is a Danish too~ haha, this explains their similar looks.

  17. Galimah on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

Mazy looks a bit like Aragorn, son to Aratorn with his long hair. “-I AM Isildurs heir, WHAT SAY YOU”.

  18. stevema2 on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

I was waiting for the famous Maze tantrum i.e. throwing racquet at the table, serving late due to being upset etc lmao :p

  19. sjorshonders on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

Thanx for sharing this vid. Maze is the king.. He plays most beautiful and agresive of all players

  20. jayjaymatt on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

  21. martijnspithoven on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

Nice Game, great win from Maze.
Why played Wang Liqin in Andro Clothing?

  22. bastian92 on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

@dogpingpong thats it, just listen to their blades (especially wang liqin ones, it’s almost like in times of speed glue although he uses his normal rubbers without speedglueing them! and the fact that he has been disqualified because of illegal use of boosters at the kuwait open proves this statement I think, he is just hoping for not being tested or his boosters not to be found!)

well, as everybody is doing it it’s getting fair again! :-)

  23. eaturd on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am

I must be able to perform amazing stuff with booster too, regardless if I’ve talent, been training all my life and practising table tennis during most of my waking hours.

  24. michaelmcguire93 on November 30th, 2010 5:07 am
