Yeah. I’m just thinking even in this exhibition Maria played extremely well. It’s quite weird watching this because this is the Maria Sharapova that won the US Open 2006 and the Australian Open 2008 slam tournaments thereafter.

It’s just consistency here. Maria hits with great depth and consistency. If she’s able to get that back then she’s in with grand slam contention.

The previous matches she’s lost in slams have been in 3 tight sets and thats Maria’s fight, which is what made them close.

Yeah but Maria won Memphis witch you would say oh its not a big tournament..but in fact its all maria needs at the moment..!venus is playing this low tournaments aswell she is playing Acapulco..!I’m just waiting to see what impact will have in maria winning the tournament in Memphis in her appearance in Indian Wells..

yea maria won memphis not really big tournament but confidence boosting win it’s funny how venus won it in 2007 maria 2010 and while maria was winning it in 2010 venus was winning another tournament in dubai.
Maria had a bad start to the year but it’s getting better and venus was phenominal in dubai especially that great match in the final

Yeah but it’s an exhibition. Venus is just classy like that.

It’s a shame Maria is doing really bad on tour right now. Venus is doing a lot better.

Its nice to see in the end both players waving at the crowd..!when I saw Venus Waving I was like Hello maria won lol..!It was a better match the 2010 one but still in this match the shotmaking is amazing..
