   Forehand: Good should rotation, if you can stick the footwork, then better weight transfer.

   Backhand: Stepping into the ball but upper body tends to lean back (same problem I have). Perhaps if you hit the ball more in front during the weight transfer process. And also the take-back could be further back for better unloading into the swing.
