Tennis Fitness – Medicine Ball Workout

These medicine ball drills will target tennis specific muscle groups to help you increase your power and acceleration on the court!     @rlamm225 I found this one on sale at a sporting goods store – this is an 8 pound ball that we are using. If you’ve never done this type of work before, I’d recommend starting with a 6 pound ball. – Steve
