    surprise to get 1k likes

Simon, excellent work. Thanks. How about the drop shot and drop volley
whenever you have some time (FH and BH). ?

good video…and I [AM] a subscriber, so a little constructive criticism?
or at least a selfish comment. lol..

“.. the left-hand if youre right-handed..” Is it really that necessary to
interrupt the flow of the instruction by stating the obvious?? Im sure a
lefty doesn’t need to be told that they will be using the right hand for
    non-racquet handed tasks.

At least include the lefty-rule at the beginning of the video and apply it
    to all subsequent instructions, instead?

Just a thought. Like the video?

Hi, just wondering what exactly is the purpose of the left hand being on
the racket when the shot is being made? I understand that it counteracts
the right hand but does it really need to be on the racket to do that? I’m
trying a single handed backhand and that transition phase from left hand on
racket to outstretched seems a bit aimless…?

Good clear instruction. Some discussion to be had regarding how far around
you take the backswing. Warenka takes it quite a way around, think this is
best as it gives you more of a chance to accelerate into the ball?

  13. P Barre on April 30th, 2015 11:03 am

Can’t wait to get on the court to try this out. Very clear and concise!
    Thanks.?

What do you think to gaze upon the hit point till a second after the ball
    has been hitted??

  16. Joshua Alfred on April 30th, 2015 11:03 am

I think that Wawrinka’s backhand is one of the most deadliest shots but he
seems to break rule 3. It seems like he allows his waist to rotate and he
doesn’t fully extend his hand back. Yet he has the strongest 1 hander out
    of everyone.

What would you say about his technique??

  23. Silentkiller007 on April 30th, 2015 11:03 am

What grip do you use for the one handed back hand??

  24. Julian Mitchell on April 30th, 2015 11:03 am

Also some discussion about ‘pulling accross the ball’ as you follow
    through? What’s that mean
    ?

  25. Vincent G Thomas on April 30th, 2015 11:03 am

Thank you. Clear instructions. I checked below to see if you changed your
grip. Got it. Eastern for backhand. Semi Western for Forehand. Thanks.?
